Terms of Service
Last updated: 3 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DataBlueprintAI website (datablueprintai.pro), platform, programs, and professional services provided by DataBlueprintAI Inc. ("DataBlueprintAI," "we," "us," or "our"), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada (Business Number: BN 847291635ON0001). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1. Definitions
"Platform" means the DataBlueprintAI blueprint design environment, pattern library, and associated tools. "Programs" means structured learning offerings including Feature Store Engineering, Pipeline Orchestration, and ML Blueprint Foundations. "Services" means professional architecture engagements including Discovery, Integration Sprints, and Governance Audits. "Client" means any individual or organisation that enrols in a Program or engages a Service. "Blueprint" means architecture documentation, diagrams, and specifications produced through our Platform, Programs, or Services. "Content" means all text, graphics, images, software, and materials available on our website and Platform.
2. Nature of Services
DataBlueprintAI is an AI data architecture and machine learning blueprint platform. We design production-grade data architectures and provide educational programs and professional services to help engineering teams implement those designs. We are not a marketing agency, advertising firm, software vendor, staffing company, or managed services provider. Our deliverables are architecture documentation and design specifications — not implemented software systems, unless explicitly agreed in a separate Integration Sprint engagement.
3. Account Registration
Access to certain Platform features and Program materials requires account registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to update that information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4. Programs
Program enrolment is subject to availability and acceptance by DataBlueprintAI. Program fees, schedules, and deliverables are specified in the enrolment agreement or proposal provided at the time of registration. Cohort sizes are limited to ensure quality of instruction. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation by DataBlueprintAI, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or transfer to the next available cohort.
Program materials, including pattern library access, design lab recordings, and capstone templates, are licensed for use by enrolled participants and their employing organisation during and after the program period as specified in the enrolment agreement. Redistribution, resale, or public distribution of program materials is prohibited without written consent.
5. Professional Services
Service engagements are governed by these Terms and the specific Statement of Work or proposal agreed between DataBlueprintAI and the Client. Services are delivered on a time-and-materials or fixed-fee basis as specified in the engagement agreement. Client responsibilities include providing timely access to stakeholders for interviews, design lab sessions, and review meetings; designating a primary point of contact; and reviewing deliverables within agreed timeframes.
Blueprint deliverables become the property of the Client upon full payment. DataBlueprintAI retains the right to use anonymised, aggregated architectural patterns derived from engagements to improve our pattern library, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. AI Usage and Disclaimers
DataBlueprintAI incorporates artificial intelligence tools in our blueprint design process, including pattern matching, diagram generation, and documentation drafting. You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs are assistive suggestions that require human architect review and validation before incorporation into final deliverables
- AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate recommendations that must be evaluated against your specific requirements
- DataBlueprintAI does not guarantee that AI-assisted blueprints are free from errors or suitable for every use case
- Final architectural decisions remain the responsibility of the Client and their engineering team
- AI-generated content on our website and in program materials is reviewed by qualified professionals but may not reflect the latest industry developments
Blueprints and architecture recommendations provided by DataBlueprintAI are professional opinions based on industry best practices and the information available at the time of delivery. They do not constitute guarantees of system performance, security, or regulatory compliance. Clients are responsible for validating blueprints against their operational environment, compliance obligations, and risk tolerance before implementation.
7. Intellectual Property
All Content on our website and Platform — including the pattern library, methodology frameworks, program curricula, and software tools — is owned by DataBlueprintAI or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our Content without prior written consent.
Client-provided materials, including existing architecture documents, data schemas, and business requirements, remain the property of the Client. DataBlueprintAI uses client materials solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services and does not claim ownership over client intellectual property.
8. Payment Terms
Program fees are due as specified in the enrolment agreement, typically in full before program commencement or in instalments as agreed. Service fees are invoiced according to the payment schedule in the Statement of Work. Invoices are payable within thirty days unless otherwise specified. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by Ontario law, whichever is lower. We reserve the right to suspend access to Platform features and withhold deliverables for accounts with overdue balances exceeding thirty days.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during engagements. DataBlueprintAI will not disclose Client confidential information to third parties except as necessary to deliver services (under confidentiality obligations), as required by law, or with Client consent. This obligation survives termination of the engagement for a period of three years.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DataBlueprintAI's total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms, our website, Platform, Programs, or Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to DataBlueprintAI in the twelve months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the theory of liability.
These limitations apply even if DataBlueprintAI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DataBlueprintAI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our website or Platform, your implementation of blueprints without adequate validation, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our website, Platform, or services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or our business. You may terminate your account by contacting [email protected]. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
